We have a selection of suitable bike tours for every level!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">First things first: What is the best way to prepare for a long bike tour?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before you set off on a long bike or e-bike tour, it is important that you prepare well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Find out about the tour<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes the tours we plan look easy on a map, only to be more difficult than we anticipated in the end. The first thing you should do is make sure that the difficulty of the tour is appropriate for your fitness level. If you aim too high, you may not be able to fully enjoy the moment and feel discouraged.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plan for water and food<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercise makes you tired. Make sure you pack water to stay hydrated during your e-bike tour. We also recommend that you pack a snack or muesli bar, depending on the duration and length of your tour.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Small plus: You can plan a picnic on a green area along the route to enjoy the sun and return home invigorated.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plan for appropriate clothing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if the temperatures are not like in the summer months, the sun may be shining. Plan to wear a helmet with a visor or a hat that you can wear under your helmet to protect you from the sun. The UV rays are already noticeable, so don&#8217;t hesitate to pack sunscreen to protect your skin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temperatures change quickly in spring, so dress warmly if it&#8217;s windy or if you&#8217;re riding in the shade.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And very important: don&#8217;t forget your headlights! There is something for everyone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"http:\/\/schweizmobil.ch\/de\/veloland\/routen\/route\/etappe-01006.html\">Seen-Route<\/a>: Einsiedeln-Niederurnen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Distance: approx. 45 km<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Level of difficulty: medium<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seen-Route is a pleasant and charming cycle tour. Enjoy the Sihlsee at the beginning of your tour, which is known as a source of electricity. Then continue towards Lake Zurich with its impressive mansions. Finally, the tour continues along the canal with its lovely new agricultural areas and meadows.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an ideal tour for a group, family or solo excursion. Enjoy the scenery and beautiful weather as you pedal at your own pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"http:\/\/schweizmobil.ch\/de\/veloland\/route-01.html\">Rh\u00f4ne-Route<\/a>: Martigny-Montreux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Distance: approx. 45 km<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Level of difficulty: medium<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This delightful tour combines all the advantages of Switzerland: the mountains, the plains and, of course, the lakes. Starting in Martigny, you enjoy nature and the high altitudes before finishing along Lake Geneva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"http:\/\/schweizmobil.ch\/de\/veloland\/routen\/regionale-routen\/route-031.html\">Percorso Valle Maggia<\/a>: Bellinzona-Locarno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Distance: approx. 22 km<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duration: approx. 1 hour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Level of difficulty: medium<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ride through the canton of Ticino with its breathtaking scenery.
